Executive Management Assistant to the CEO

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Calendar management, including planning and arranging meetings ensuring rooms and equipment is available if required
  • Compose, prepare, transcribe and maintain correspondence, reports and other documentation for internal and external use
  • Ensure tasks are organized and prioritized effectively to ensure a high level of service
  • Organize and plan off-site events on behalf of the CEO
  • Co-ordinate complex travel and accommodation requirements
  • As part of this role you will be exposed to sensitive information therefore the MA must poses a high level of discretion and integrity at all times
  • Tasks which need to be undertaken on a daily basis are significant, these tasks need to be carried out with precision, diplomacy and flexibility.
  • Due to the nature of this position it may be required for the employee to travel.


  • Bachelor degree in relevant field
  • Previous experience working within an international environment providing management support to CEO
  • Ability to demonstrate a proactive approach
  • Fluently in Arabic and English (reading, writing, speaking)
  • Extraordinary attention to detail with the ability to anticipate to stakeholder needs
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work and build relationships
  • Proven experience in delivering a high level of trust and discretion
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Ability to demonstrate a proactive approach
